Subject: This week's meeting and BoD stuff

All of you have received several pieces of mail from the King and
Queen about the recent BoD decision, including a poll.  I would like
to get as many of you as possible to fill out that poll, and I would
like to encourage all of you who have not written letters to the BoD
yet to do so.  Therefore, the next Mitgaard meeting will be mostly
devoted to writing letters to the Board and filling out polls.  I will
bring printouts of the poll to the meeting for people to fill out, as
well as handouts about the decision and ideas for letters.  I will
also bring the addresses to send them to and envelopes and paper to
write on (or you can login upstairs)  We can send the polls out in a
mass mailing, so all you have to do is fill them out and get them to
me, even if you can't be at the meeting.

So if you have not written a letter yet, please come to the meeting
this Wednesday and write one!  We'll help you figure out what to say
if you dont' have any ideas, but EVERYONE should write letters, even
if you are not an official member!
