No, you don't.  And the examples get even more ridiculous:
A friend I went to law school with is an entertainment law attorney, and =
he represents a little known, local, steel drum band called "The =
Toucans".  The Toucans are currently involved in a legal situation with =
Kellogg's Ceral Co., which is threatening to sue the band because they =
say the public will not be able to tell the difference between a =
breakfast cereal and a funky little steel drum band.  No kidding.  The =
battle has been raging for 4 years now.  More info available at: =
