1 pkg. graham cracker crust mix	
2 8-oz..pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Sour cream topping

Press graham cracker crust mix into a 9-inch square or round pan. Beat cream
cheese slightly. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat well. Spread in crumb
lined pan Bake at 350 deg. 30 min. Let cool. Spread with Sour Cream Topping
and refrigerate several hours or overnight. 

Sour Cream Topping
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend ingredients until smooth.
