Strengths and Weaknesses

In an attempt to add a little more depth to the system and not have everyone with, for example, Pattern Imprint be able to do exactly the same things (with difference due mainly to attribute differences), I have devised strengths and weaknesses.

For any attribute or any power you have at at least the basic level, you may take strengths and weaknesses. They must come in pairs, and they must be approved by the GM. You are not required to take any, and you may take as many pairs as you like. If your are using a power or attribute in your strength, think of yourself as effectively a rank higher. In a weakness, you are effectively a rank lower than normal.

Some examples:

Pattern: Efficient shadow walking, probability manipulation, building barriers, evading or breaching barriers, hiding, etc.

Logrus: Skill with logrus combat, erecting barriers, breaching or evading barriers, etc.

Warfare: Strategy, tactics, a particular sort of weapon perhaps...
