Waltz lessons and dancing

Our next waltz will be Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in the Hulsizer Room of Ashdown Hall.

From 7:30 to 8:30, Sara and Ken will teach a lesson covering rotary waltz and redowa. Redowa is a hopping form of waltz which can (optionally) travel around the room very rapidly.

• Ashdown House, Hulsizer Room (235 Albany St., Cambridge, MA)
  The Hulsizer room is at the front of Ashdown, on the corner of Albany and Pacific. To get in, go through the main lobby and let the front desk staff know you're going to an event in the Hulsizer. They will let you in and direct you across the courtyard to the Hulsizer room.
• Lesson 7:30 p.m.
• Open dancing 8:30-10:30 p.m.
• Free, beginners welcome, no partner necessary

Later waltzes

The waltz after next will be December 1 or 8 (not sure about room availability yet). Stephanie and Kee Wui will teach a lesson on the cross-step mixer choreographed routine. Join our mailing list get get our latest updates.
