    The PictureTel session continues with the MIT experience in Community Action Planning. This session will 'walk-through' a workshop to explain our techniques and approach. We will use examples largely from a workshop in Schweizer-Reneke, Northwest Province, South Africa, carried out a few years ago. Experience from Boston, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka will also be highlighted.

    The session will be three-way: Maputo, Washington DC, Boston
