The last of the first series of sessions on Community Action Planning will
explore training for participatory planning. MIT will present their
experience at two levels: training of professional staff, using examples
primarily from Sri Lanka; and training of students, using the SIGUS experience
in their 'Building Communities' workshops and in courses they offer at MIT.
This will be followed by a short presentation of the work that Anne Beamish
did in Mozambique several years ago.

This will be a three-way session with Maputo, Washington D.C., and MIT.
