International Students: Form 8843
- All international students filing 1040NR forms are required to attach Form
8843
- Students
need to fill out sections I and III; mention “None” for medical
condition in section V
- In Line 4b, enter the number of days that you
stayed in the US during the tax year for exclusion
- Line 9 will contain
the complete address of MIT
- Line 10 will contain the complete address of the
Head of the Department/Director of your program
