W2 Form: Example
- Check that the form indicates the correct name, wages, tax withheld, and social security number.
- In case of any errors, contact MIT Payroll to get a corrected W-2 issued to you.
- If you have been a fully-registered student for less than 5 calendar years, boxes 4 and 6 should be blank or zero
