MIT Alumnae from the Classes of 1999, 2004, and 2006 represented Goldman Sachs and led a discussion about the company and their experiences over dessert and refreshments. Attendees were able to get a women's perspective on the financial services industry, firm culture and recruiting. NSUW members had the opportunity to ask a variety of questions in an informal setting including how MIT has prepared the representatives for Goldman Sachs, how they feel as women in the firm, what they like best about their job, and what advice they would give for those trying to learn more about finance careers.
