Starting the VMware Remote Console

In a terminal window, launch the remote console using the following command:
vmware-console &

After you launch the remote console you can:

• Select an existing virtual machine by clicking Open an existing configuration.
• Power-on a selected virtual machine by clicking the Power On button or selecting Power > Power On. Alternately, you may power on the virtual machine through the VMware Management Interface.
