Sugarcane
Charcoal (project report)
A process for using sugarcane waste (bagasse) to make charcoal has been developed, research is ongoing and improvements continue to be made.
Solar Electrification
of Schools (project report)
A photovoltaic array was installed at the school in Petit Anse in June 2005.
Sincere thanks to Tom Wineman for the midnight installation lesson and BP Solar for their donation of the panels.
Grain Mill (project report)
A grain mill was built at the Atelier Ecole in Camp Perrin and installed in the village of Picot in August 2005.
