Welcome Prospective Student-Athletes! We know that as you look at different colleges and attempt to make your decision, there are a lot of questions going through your mind. Here, we have attempted to answer some of the most common questions prospective students ask. Many students wonder if it's possible to play sports and study successfully at MIT. A glance at our roster will show you that many student-athletes play more that one sport and have achieved at the highest level - both on the field and in the classroom. MIT is committed to providing student-athletes the opportunity to continue their athletic career without infringing upon their academic schedule. Our practice and game schedules complement your class schedule, so you do not have to make a choice between the best academics and outstanding athletic experiences. While this website may answer many of your basic questions about the institute, it cannot give you a full feel of the student life. We would love to have any prospective soccer players to come visit the MIT campus and meet some of the team. If you would like to stay overnight or sit in on classes with one of the team members, and/or see a game or practice to get a sense of what soccer at MIT (and of course MIT in general) is like, please get in touch with us to arrange your visit. Please visit our fact sheet and FAQ pages for more information about soccer at MIT. If you have a question that is not answered here, feel free to contact the captains or Coach Fulton.
