Introduction

The Art of Living is an international organization devoted to teaching practical yet powerful stress relief methods. Through rhythmic breathing techniques and meditation practices, students learn how to nourish their minds, body, and spirit. These relaxation and stress relief techniques are so poignantly relevant and necessary at MIT due to the extreme levels of stress and emotional turbulence inherent in our lives.

We introduce powerful tools to eliminate stress, to focus and calm one's mind, and to create a sense of belonging and community by encouraging people from all backgrounds, religions, and cultural traditions to come together in the celebration of spirituality. We hold 4 main courses throughout the year, along with weekly practices, and monthly meditation sessions.
