Why didn't the Transparent GIF interface give me an image?

Unfortunately, there are some shortcomings in the TransWeb program. Occasionally the resulting image will ``contain no data''. We are aware there is a problem, but do not understand what causes our software to exhibit this behavior only for some GIFs and not others. If the clickable imagemap format doesn't work, try the more stable forms interface.

NB: TransWeb will not work with animated GIFs!
