Great places to eat
Cambridge
Baraka Café (Tunisian): full review
Dionysis (Greek): "Great Greek food at, believe it or not, the Howard
Johnson's on Memorial Drive. The restaurant is called Dionysis, it's
a little pricey, but there is sometimes a 2-for-1 coupon in the Cambridge
Tab." -Linda B.
Helmand (Afghan): on 1st St, "fabulous food in a wonderful setting"
Sail Loft: On Memorial Drive, a 10 minute walk from campus, "outdoor
seating, a view of the river and the Boston skyline, food's good and
not too expensive" for a nice lunch near work
Ta Sheng (Chinese): on Elliot St
Boston
Kebab-N-Kurry (Indian): "best chicken vindaloo"
Theater District:
- Brew Moon
- California Pizza
- Jacob Wirth at 31 Stuart. Something for everyone, especially carnivores
- Mon Tien is an excellent Thai restaurant on Kneeland St (near Jacob
Wirth's). Thailand cuisine. Good food, covers a range of diets.
- Pho Pasteur on Tremont. You'll have both meat and veggie options,
Asian & French and, with advance notice, they may provide space
in their semi-private section.
