The communications analyst assists customers in determining requirements, recommends solutions that fit within standard service offerings and where necessary coordinates installations with other IT solutions and projects. The communications analyst is an "in the field role" and also assists in rollouts and performs troubleshooting by being able to isolate problems among software, hardware and network connections.
